Care for people and their information

Privacy belongs to Christian stewardship.

Public teaching should be easy to find. Personal burdens, pastoral conversations, family information, and financial records should be handled with care.

Public teaching

Sermons, lessons, videos, notes, beliefs, schedules, and public ministry links may be shared so people can learn and participate.

Pastoral information

Prayer requests, counseling details, confessions, follow-up notes, and vulnerable moments are not public website content.

Giving information

Online gifts are handled through Tithely. Remnant’s website does not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials, or payment details.

Children and media

Recognizable media involving minors should be shared only with appropriate permission. Personal schedules and family records remain private.

Contact information

Use ordinary contact channels for visit questions and ministry information. Do not send emergencies or highly sensitive pastoral details through a general web form.

Minimal collection

This site is designed to collect as little personal information as practical while connecting people to worship, teaching, and established service providers.

Maps and directions

The Visit page includes a Google Maps view and directions link. Loading or opening the map may share ordinary request information with Google under its own privacy practices.

A practical rule: if information does not need to be public to serve the church’s mission, it should not be placed on the public website.
